14. Only one bonus can be active at any one time. This means that you may not have any funds on your bonus balance when claiming a new bonus.
15. Only one bonus offer is allowed per person, account, address, computer and IP address. MegaRush reserves the right to close any account that is deemed a duplicate account and confiscate the funds of this account.
16. Any attempt to build up the feature value inside any game whilst having an active bonus, then redeeming it once the Bonus Wagering Requirement is not active to get the value paid out as Real Cash will be considered fraudulent play and any Winnings will be confiscated. For example (but not limited to), playing Netent’s “The Wish Master” with an active bonus, activating 3 “wishes” to then leave the game and come back and collect the feature Payout once the bonus is gone.
17. Deposit used to claim an offer has to be wagered at least once before you can make a withdrawal, unless otherwise stated on the promotions page.
18. Cash credited through a promotion has to be wagered at least once before you can make a withdrawal.
19. When the wagering requirement is completed, you need to verify your account and a payment method before you can withdraw.
20. Unfortunately, a limited few make it a habit to abuse our bonus offers and this forces us to have the above clauses in place. Regular Players rarely risk breaking these clauses by mistake; you have to have a fraudulent ambition from the beginning in order to cross the line. We assess each breach of our rules individually and where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Player has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, MegaRush reserves the right to forfeit the bonus allocated to the Player and any Winnings from that bonus, and/or revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Player, and/or block access to particular products, and/or exclude the Player from any future promotional offers, and/or terminate the Player’s account with immediate effect.
21. Only Players from the following countries are eligible for bonuses: Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Canada (excluding Ontario province), Chile, Finland, Gibraltar, Iceland, India, Japan, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru and Ă…land Islands.
22. MegaRush reserves the right to void any bonuses and/or Winnings obtained by fraudulent behaviour.
23. MegaRush reserves the right to change these rules at any time and without notice.
24. Bonus offers are not available on deposits via Neteller, Skrill or Paysafecard
